Focus Networks have been our support for about 4 years.  They are always ready at the end of line with any queries.  Usually they manage problems by remoting in and taking over control of the technology, for instance, I needed sound urgently for a You Tube video, I rang them during lesson time from the classroom, someone immediately remoted in and within minutes the sound was back on. On occasions when more work is needed they have arranged a convenient time to be on site.  Focus have also arranged for new equipment and the installation of the equipment.  Everyone is always so quick and polite; if they cannot solve the problem immediately, which is rare, they endeavour to do so within a few days.  I highly recommend the service.
