Remote Support - Instructions
If an engineer needs to access your PC or server remotely then please follow these instructions:
Step 1: Go to the following link http://www.islonline.net/start/ISLlightclient
Step 2: Click run when prompted (this will happen twice)
Step 3: Type Session ID ( we provide this number over the phone)
Step 4: Click show
Step 5: We now have control of your PC and can control the keyboard and mouse and see your screen.
